We started MeetingRoomTablet because every workplace we visited had the same story: aging room panels, expired warranties, and a procurement cycle just to replace them. The fix wasn't more hardware — it was software that runs on what companies already own.
Our story
MeetingRoomTablet is built by Skynapse Business Technology Pte. Ltd., a Singapore-
based software company and the team behind the ecobook workplace platform.
Working with organisations that manage meeting rooms every day, we realized that
some organizations do not really need a full-blown workplace management platform.
All they want is to have a digital tablet connected to their enterprise calendaring
system with some key features in place like check-in and auto-cancel.
So we set out to carve out the meeting room booking display capability from ecobook
and make it a stand-alone product that any organisation could deploy on affordable
hardware, connect to the calendars they already use, and trust to just work.
